SIX Colour Bucket Filling System

Filled by a Central Vacuum System, directly from the pulverizing area, these (6) ROTOLOAD dispensers are mezzanine mounted, to save valuable floor space. Under the mezzanine, a wireless Bar Code scanner allows the operator to select and assign the correct recipes to the correct buckets. Buckets, in a custom mobile cart, are rolled under the correct dispenser to have the required recipe dispensed, and then taken to the production space in the customized cart, eliminating lifting and spilling of the buckets. Every recipe is correct, consistent and accurately dispensed, eliminating operator error and any associated guesswork.
