Fully Automated Mixer Filling And Discharge

This fully automated mixing system manages the full production requirements (conveying, dispensing, mixing, and conveying to storage) of BLACK resin for up to 10 Rotational Moulding Machines. Consisting of (2) 500lb capacity dispensers, utilizing a Central Vacuum System, each dedicated dispenser pulls VIRGIN and REPRO material from their dedicated outdoor storage silos. Once filled, at the fully automated request of the Mixing microprocessor to keep up with demand, each ROTOLOAD^tm can dispense precisely by weight, the required powder for the recipe to be mixed matching the production requirements. In addition, Carbon Black additive is also dispensed by weight into the mixer and controlled by the Mixing microprocessor. Once mixed, the mixer automatically dispenses the batch into a Pressure Conveying system, moving the mixed recipe to an outdoor storage silo to be used by the ROTOLOAD^tm dispensers on the manufacturing floor.
