In cases where large batch weights, and number of colours exceeds the practicality of mounting in the structure of the building, FLOOR DISPENSING is a viable option. Floor mounted systems allow for accurate dispenses with unlimited weight ranges. Dispenser capacities (500 lbs in pic) can be programmed to automatically cycle through multiple filling/dispense cycles to reach practically ANY batch weight. Dedicated Central Vacuum systems can facilitate ROTOLOADtm refill, and SHOT HOPPER evacuation simultaneously for seamless operation at the rotational moulding machine. The operator can simply select the batch weight required for the next tool to be presented at the Service Location, (BAR CODE or RFID) and the automation will take over. What the operator will see is a totally seamless dispense of the requested batch weight. Continuous Vacuum Receivers above the mold.
