Continuous Loading Direct To Mold

In cases where large batch weights, and number of colours exceeds the practicality of mounting in the structure of the building, and therefore the application of FLOOR MOUNTED DISPENSING is the chosen option, the requirement of Continuous Vacuum Receivers suspended/mounted above the mold will facilitate the automated conveying of large dispense batch weights. Operating totally autonomously, and fully controlled by the PLC control system, the operator simply places the dispense hose into the mold, activates the dispense, and then has the full ability to attend to other valuable and profitable tasks.
