ROTOLOAD application configurations are designed to help rotational moulding plants automate powder transfer, weighing, and dispensing at the point of use. Whether the goal is direct-to-mold loading, bucket or tote filling, or controlled mixer feeding, the system is built to improve consistency and material control.
Manage ceiling restrictions, overhead cranes, and large shot weights by transferring material to a loader positioned above the mould.
Deliver powder directly into the mould with retractable dispense hardware and weigh-based control.
Automate recipe-based bucket or tote filling with barcode or RFID identification and a pneumatic lid assembly to help reduce pluming.
Meter powder above mixers for repeatable blending and controlled material input.
INTEGRAL
It features our stand-alone, self-contained hopper, complete with an integral vacuum loader and filter system. Must be positioned in relative proximity to the powder source (typically a gaylord or day bin).

CENTRAL
Utilizes a floor-mounted vacuum pump and filter capable of operating up to six (6) separate ROTOLOAD™ systems and provides enough power to feed each unit from a much greater distance, such as your powder room or silo.
