This CENTRALIZED Loading and dispensing system consists of 21 dispensers, serving 7 rotational molding machines. Starting from a centralized material kitchen the (3) different color materials are distributed throughout the production facility using multiple Central Vacuum Pump / Filter combinations. Material conveying lines are installed in the facility to allow for the powder to be delivered to each production cell. The built in logic for each of the (7) production cells indicates when a dispenser needs to be refilled for the next production cycle. When the arm of the molding machine is in the service location, the BAR CODE system (pre-existing) has been configured to integrate with the existing system to set up the dispense recipe, including colour, and dispense weight at the request of the machine operator. The telescopic dispense pipes can be extended or retracted to fit the varieties of mould configurations for the clean powder dispense with minimal interaction from the operator.

This system is designed and fully capable of dispensing (3) unique colors directly into the mold eliminating the needless use of buckets.
