  • Manual buckets per tool = ceiling(shot weight ÷ maximum bucket weight).
  • Arms per shift per machine = (hours per shift × 60) ÷ average minutes per arm.
  • Annual scheduled shifts = shifts per day × days per week × operating weeks per year.
  • Material loss and bad-dispense scrap are calculated per machine, then multiplied by the number of machines in the project.
  • This calculator is an estimate. Actual ROI depends on plant layout, resin handling process, labor practices, material cost, equipment configuration, and final project scope.
