Arms per shift per machine = (hours per shift × 60) ÷ average minutes per arm.
Annual scheduled shifts = shifts per day × days per week × operating weeks per year.
Material loss and bad-dispense scrap are calculated per machine, then multiplied by the number of machines in the project.
